BASIC PILATES MAT& MOBILITY
A 60-min 50/50 combination yoga class beginning with the exercise of a vinyasa flow and ending with slow restorative yoga practices. All levels welcome.
PILATES X SCULPT
(60-min) Dive into your fullest potential challenging the body and mind with these movements. Merging both strength and pilates exercises will give your body the tools it needs to build lean muscle, increase energy, and become your strongest self! We will incorporate props in these classes such as: dumbbells, bands, core ball and pilates rings! Get ready to bring the heat!
FLOW AND RESTORE
A 60-min invigorating Pilates Mat class suitable for all levels. Using only your body weight, this challenging workout focuses on strengthening and lengthening the entire body. Combining traditional and contemporary Pilates movements, we target those smaller muscles you may have forgotten about.
BODY BARRE
A 60-min full-body workout designed to strengthen and tone your entire body. Combining the best movements from pilates, yoga, and ballet, you'll leave feeling energized and refreshed with improved posture and flexibility.
ENERGY FLOW (power flow)
(60-min) Experience the dynamic and invigorating Energy Flow class. This unique class blends traditional vinyasa and power flow sequences with upbeat music, resulting in a creative and energetic session that will leave you feeling powerful and rejuvenated. All levels are welcome to embrace the ever-changing breath-to-movement sequences and enjoy the spicy and energizing atmosphere. Don't miss out on this opportunity to elevate your fitness journey.
SCULPT
A 60-min today body class focused on using light weights, bands, and bodyweight strength training movements to help you tone up and gain mobility.
PERSONALIZED MOVEMENT
Work with Brittany to develop a one on one training/movement program that is suitable for you, your goals, and preferred forms of movement (Pilates, Functional Training, Yoga, etc). Sessions will be designed based on desire, initial assessment, and client needs.
(60-min) Give yourself permission to calm the mind and body with Third Avenue’s take on traditional restorative yoga. This class will give you an opportunity to reset and rest in comfortable postures, as you enjoy a guided meditation along the way.
